Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Velaro — we always strive to ensure your full satisfaction. You may exchange or return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

• If the product is defective or incorrect, the store will cover all shipping costs.
• If the size doesn’t fit or the customer wishes to exchange for any other reason, the customer must cover the shipping costs both ways.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Exchange or return requests will not be accepted in cases of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
• The process will be completed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
